Sunday, 15th of April. Temperature: 25 degrees! By the lake, it's summer already...Me and Lisa went for a walk all the way down to Saint Sulpice. We walked 15 km in 4 hours!! But we made a little break for a picknick! Great weather, lots of people sunbathing or even taking a swim (despite signs prohibiting to do so...). Others playing football or beach-volley... C'est la folie d'été! Dinner with Irene, squid and shrimps on the spetto. Marquês de Riscal Rueda, white. Next conquer: Cully, on the opposite direction (9.5 km).

Easter weekend, 5-10th April. Visited by Peter and Marie from Belgium, time for one more visit to Fribourg (one of our favourite cities in Switzerland), an official end of the fondue-season with fondue à la tomate at the Café de l'Éveche by the old cathedral (far from the delicious fondue de chèvre at Pinte Besson), an incursion to a disco called "The Buzz", where you can buy a large cocktail in a shaker and then share it with friends as shot-drinks. Music: Ok, varied, a bit of everything.
Lisa's birthday, 4th of April. Surprise desserts for lunch, then coffee at the Lausanne Palace Hotel, a nice romantic afternoon and dinner at home. My present was a day at the SPA of the Lausanne Palace Hotel, which we will do this friday.
